Aesthetic Medicine Expert Group

Dr Huss is a contributory author of the publication “Expert Consensus on Complications of Botulinum Toxin and Dermal Filler Treatment”.
 

The Aesthetic Medicine Expert Group (AMEG) was formed in 2013 following a Merz

Aesthetics Partnership in Practice educational initiative.  Its aims are to address the need for greater understanding of potential complications of botulinum toxin and dermal filler treatment in aesthetic practice, and to provide guidance on risk reduction and treatment.
 

AMEG brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the issue of aesthetic complications, with wide-ranging expertise in aesthetic surgery, dermatology, aesthetic dentistry and aesthetic nursing.  Members of AMEG have been involved in aesthetic practice for between 10 and 25 years, and they have extensive experience of education and training at all levels – nationally and internationally.
